Terms of Use

The terms “We” / “Us” / “Our” / “Company” individually and collectively refer to Veera Desert Camp and the terms “Visitor” / “User” refer to the users.

This page states the Cancellation & Refund Policy under which you (Visitor) may visit this website (“Website”). Please read this page carefully. The business, any of its business divisions and / or its subsidiaries, associate companies or subsidiaries to subsidiaries or such other investment companies (in India or abroad) reserve their respective rights to revise these Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time by updating this page. You should visit this page periodically to re-appraise yourself of the Cancellation & Refund Policy, because they are binding on all users of this Website.

Payments

For all the services contracted, you may pay the whole amount together or you may pay the same upon arrival at the Veera Desert Camp Office in Jaisalmer (Rajasthan). All prices mentioned are exclusive of taxes.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation of the tour due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

• 30 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour / service cost
• 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour / service cost
• 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour / service cost
• Less than 72 hours or No Show: No Refund

In case of peak season, a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which can be provided as and when required).

Cancellation Policy for Hotel, Jeep & Taxi

These cancellation and refund policies are out of our tender. Refund for hotel / jeep / taxi payment will follow their cancellation policy.

In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only, which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the camp or hotel owners / contractors / taxi drivers we patronize. We do not bear any responsibility to refund for unused accommodation, missed meals, etc.

Cancellation Policy for Travel Insurance

These cancellation and refund policies are also out of our tender and will follow the cancellation & refund policy of the Insurance Company.

Law & Jurisdiction

For all complaints, suits, claims or disputes of whatsoever nature relating to any products offered by Veera Desert Camp, will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Jaisalmer.
